Vaughan Insurance located in Wooster, Ohio is seeking an eager professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You must be energetic, detailed, people-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, as well as typing skills!
Job Duties:
A customer service representative's main role is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The duties include:
· Answering phone calls, which may include common billing and coverage questions, policy changes, etc.
· Taking payments
· Prepare and deliver client quotes, policy documents, policy renewals, etc.
· Utilize our agency management system to work with client filing
· Assist in the process of claims
· Maintain and create positive relationships with clients
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED (Required)
· Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work as a team (Required)
· P&C Insurance License or willing to obtain (Preferred)
· Prior banking or customer service positions are a plus! (Preferred)
