VC Lawn & Snow Inc. Is hiring full time lawn care and landscaping techs, with year round opportunities. We have been in the Cicero-North Syracuse and surrounding communities since 2014. We are rapidly growing and looking to add to our incredible team.

Job Type:* Full-time*

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate zero turn mower
• Manicure turf with line trimmer
• Carry and operate backpack blower
• Perform spring & fall clean up
• Maintain a clean (i.e. weed & trimming free) appearance in landscape beds
• Perform shrub trimming, leaf clean ups, mulch, stone, topsoil.
• Clean work trucks, trailers, and equipment of any garbage and debris
• Fuel trucks and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be reliable and easy to contact
• Valid drivers license and transportation to/from work is a must
• Ability to follow direction, and work well with a team
• Work efficiently and multi-task, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Must be motivated, hard working, and a team player
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule around weather
• 1-2 years experience operating a zero turn mower preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
