VCA East Anchorage Animal Hospital is seeking a for a full or part time customer service representative to join our team of hardworking , amazing CSRs.
We are an AAHA accredited practice with 5 doctors in Anchorage AK. VCA East Anchorage Animal Hospital has been serving the community for over 40 years and our clients love us! Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can multi task with ease, is exceptional when it comes to customer service and has a passion for animals. Job duties include appointment scheduling, greeting clients, directing patient flow, computer invoicing & record keeping, reminder calls for scheduled appointments, and cashiering clients at check out. Our hospital is open Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm, two Saturday shifts per month will be required.
