VDart is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Process Writer to lead the creation of task documentation for integration into a workflow automation system. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to capture, refine, and standardize task instructions, deliverables, and supporting materials. Your work will drive process efficiency, automation, and operational clarity.
Job Title: Technical Writer/Technical Process Writer – Workflow Automation
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, or workflows, preferably in utilities, energy, or industrial sectors
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical content into clear, concise instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experienced in leading stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Credentials or training in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting workflow automation systems or business process automation projects
