Finance and Administration Manager

The ideal candidate must possess in depth knowledge in finance and accounting and will be responsible for reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger, processing invoices, expense reimbursements, credit cards, preparing month-end closure procedures to preparing financial statements and other MIS reports. Job roles & responsibilities : Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Manages the payroll process. Support in external audit and providing information for auditors. Avoids legal challenges by complying with all statutory and legal requirements. Track the budgets and report on variances. Secures financial information by completing database backups. Trains and manages junior accountants. Education and Experience -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred)
• 5 years’ experience in general or tax accounting Desired Skills and Experience : - Detailed knowledge of processes and methods of accounting for business. - Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Should be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks & Power BI / any other data analytical tool - Should be focused and target oriented. - Should be a team player. - Should be a good communicator and presenter - Analytical ability, quality focused and target oriented.   Flexible, solutions-oriented and manages well under pressure. - Ability to understand and articulate the financial impact of business decisions. - Should be able to define and articulate roles and responsibilities to the team members. - Should have exposure in Inter Office and Inter Company reconciliation and co-ordination - Willing to travel for business needs Salary range : $60,000-$85,000 Job is REMOTE.
