What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Only Day Shift Vehicle Transporter position at Vehiship?
We are looking for SAFE drivers to join our team driving BRAND NEW Ford vehicles from the plant in Dearborn, MI to rail-yards.
Start right away!
Day Shift 7AM Start time
Saturday & Sunday work
No designated end time shifts last anywhere between 9.5-12 hours (typically 10 hours)

Driver Duties include:
- Locating and inspecting vehicles
- Documenting damages to vehicles
- Driving vehicles safely to rail yards
Driver Requirements:
- Clean motor vehicle history
- Minimum age of 21
- Reliable transportation to and from Dearborn each day.
- Must be a reliable and safe driver with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Must be able to work and drive in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a background check
- No DUI's, OWI's
- No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 10 years
Driver License:
- Clean and VALID drivers license for the last 3 years.
- Less than 3 points on MVR, no accidents, and no suspensions in the last 3 years.
Shifts could last up to 12 hours.
