About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Assistant to join our team at Velazquez Pain Relief Center in Las Vegas, NV. This role will involve managing personal injury cases, coordinating with medical providers, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee personal injury patient case from start to finish
Coordinate with medical providers, front office and legal teams for continuing of care
Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with legal teams and provide updates on their client's cases
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments for patients
Answering a high volume of calls with outstanding phone etiquette
Accurately enter intake info for new patient / clients
Requirements :
Previous experience in personal injury case management or related field (not required but is a requested)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology and legal procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while ensuring accuracy of your work.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to successfully assist all patients / clients
