This is a full time position and is Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
Job Description
Works with patients throughout various stages of a personal injury case. Properly processing patient referrals and intakes This position requires heavy phone answering and entering details accurately into system while providing an excellent experience to the person on the phone. Additionally, you will assist patients with any scheduling needs or answer any questions they may have. You will work closely with Law Firms and their representatives insuring accuracy of information from our office and fulfilling records request in a timely fashion.
Salary : $12 - $20
