Contract Adobe Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven professional with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Real-Time CDP to help optimize customer experiences across digital channels. This role will partner closely with marketing, product, and development teams to enable robust data collection, build actionable insights, and activate audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage tracking strategies using Adobe Launch to ensure accurate, scalable data capture across web and app environments
• Analyze user behavior and marketing performance through Adobe Analytics; deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Design and maintain schemas and data flows in Adobe Real-Time CDP, including identity stitching and audience segmentation
• Partner with developers to implement and QA tags, pixels, and event tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to activate audiences via integrations (e.g., email, ad platforms)
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with privacy and governance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Experience configuring and managing Adobe Real-Time CDP or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of data layers, tag management, and digital analytics best practices
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalization use cases
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Target or A/B testing platforms
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or JSON for troubleshooting and tag customization
• Exposure to consent management platforms or compliance tools

Compensation Range and Term: $100-$115 hourly, up to 30 hours a week for a 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend
