- Strong IT fundamentals are a must... understanding of DNS, LAN/WAN architecture, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 systems are all critical must-have skills.

- Skills and certifications related to Cisco networking, Cisco VoIP, Microsoft 365 Administration, VMware, and Azure are highly favored!
