About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to expert for all things HRIS, including implementation, administration, and system optimization.
• Lead and support critical HR tech initiatives—think benefits platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), PTO tracking, and more.
• Manage data integrity, generate reports, and deliver analytics that help drive strategic decision-making.
• Train and support HRIS users across the company—making complex tools accessible and useful for everyone.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll and benefits to streamline processes and ensure seamless system performance.
• Contribute to payroll prep, benefits data management, and HR dashboards with accuracy and speed.
  
  
  

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using HRIS systems.
• Strong technical and analytical skills—comfortable with reporting tools, data analysis, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and benefit administration regulations
• A team-oriented attitude with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
