Personal Injury Case Manager - Ocean Views & Growth!

A full-service Personal Injury law firm located in Manhattan Beach is seeking a full-time Case Manager with 1 year of experience in Personal Injury to join our growing team!

Our office sits at the intersection of Highland and Rosecrans, offering a stunning ocean view and just a two-minute walk to The Strand—perfect for a refreshing lunch break.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage 50 pre-litigation cases simultaneously

• Collect necessary documentation from new clients

• Open claims and send Letters of Representation to insurance companies

• Request and follow up on medical records from treatment facilities

• Provide clients with timely case status updates

• Maintain and organize case files

• Draft and submit settlement demand letters

• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters

• Track and reconcile invoices and expenses before closing files

• Prepare checks and record costs in Casepeer

✅ Requirements:

• Must work on-site in Manhattan Beach (schedule options: 8–4:30, 8:30–5, or 9–5:30)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and follow-through

• Friendly, outgoing personality and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Case Manager experience at a Personal Injury firm

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university

• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
