Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin consultations.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with state regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments.
• Assist in promoting services and products to clients.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience in a medspa or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
