Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Remote Insurance Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, handling a high volume of inbound leads. This is a full-time, remote sales position where your drive directly impacts your success.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Engaging High-Intent Leads: Handle 15-20 pre-qualified leads daily in Illinois alone.
- Closing Sales: Conduct insurance quotes and expertly close sales.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong rapport with clients.
- Client Management: Proactively manage renewals and provide customer follow-up.
- Diverse Product Knowledge: Learn and sell policies from our 200 insurance companies.
Who You Are: Skills & Experience
We're looking for individuals who are not just experienced but are truly committed and self-driven.
Must-Haves:
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Active Insurance License: Current, active insurance license.
- Sales Acumen: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience (5 years preferred). Industry experience isn't required; we've found success with driven individuals from diverse backgrounds like car sales, customer service, or even the restaurant industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
Preferred, but Not Required:
- Familiarity with CRM software and messaging platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing and how it supports lead generation.
- Experience with social media-generated leads (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
