POSITION TYPE:
Full time, Direct Hire, Hybrid work schedule. 2 days work from home and 3 days in Troy MI.
PAY: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor degree is desired. Minimum of Associate’s degree is required.
- Minimum of five years’ work experience processing Accounting / Accounts Receivable activities.
- Manufacturing or Engineering industry desired.
- Able to navigate web portals to gain and enter information.
- Excellent communication skills needed. Detail oriented individual.
- Technical: prior ERP system experience. PLEX a plus. MS Office including strong Excel skills.
Duties of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Create and update customer information in the ERP system.
- Generate accurate customer invoicing (manual, complex and semi complex). Submit invoices for payment via customer preferred method (email, website, etc.).
- Produce daily reports for balancing transactions and noting cash position.
- Take part in cash activities such as reconciling bank totals and running reports.
- Generate tooling and roll forward reports.
- Provide support for month end activities such as sending / reconciling customer statements, reconciling bank statements, ensuring all cash receipts are booked prior to the close process.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
