This role will require rotating on-call availability, effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members. While maintenance knowledge is important, no experience within the multi-family industry is required for this position.
A qualified candidate for the Make Ready Technician position can expect starting pay at $20.00/hour 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner utilizing a work order software system. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager that may include, but not limited to general plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC/electrical work.
