Key elements of your day-to-day:

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Venture trade labor
• Maintain onsite responsibility for safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, budget
• Evaluate project-related processes and use customer improve to make improvements and meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations

Requirements

• What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred and 10 years of construction experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project and Procore software
• Ability to create, manage, and/or revise schedules and related assignments based on key priorities of assigned projects, considering the importance between work and life activities for self and others
