As a fast-growing company, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand our network, build strong professional relationships, and serve as the initial point of contact for industry partners who encounter sellers in need of support.

What You’ll Do:

Develop & Strengthen Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify, connect, and build strategic partnerships with real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, title companies, estate sale companies, moving companies, and other professionals who regularly work with property owners in transition.
  • Proactively educate industry professionals on how VenturePro provides sellers with flexible, creative, and transparent selling solutions beyond a traditional MLS listing.
  • Position VenturePro as the go-to resource for professionals when their clients need real estate solutions that require speed, discretion, or creativity.
  • Develop referral pipelines by fostering trust, credibility, and long-term collaboration.
  • Represent VenturePro at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to expand our influence.

Co-Marketing & Collaborative Growth

  • Work with strategic partners to develop co-marketing initiatives that provide value to their clients while positioning VenturePro as the trusted resource for unique selling solutions.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, financial experts, and service providers to create educational content, workshops, webinars, and joint promotional campaigns.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing to showcase partnership success stories and reinforce VenturePro’s unique value proposition.
  • Develop strategic referral agreements and marketing collaborations that drive business for both VenturePro and its partners.

Initial Seller Intake & Partner Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact when a strategic partner refers a potential seller, gathering high-level details about their situation.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff by connecting the seller with the right VenturePro Home Sales Advisor based on their needs and goals.
  • Maintain an organized CRM system to track partnership interactions, referrals, and engagement metrics.
  • Continuously follow up with partners to keep VenturePro top-of-mind and ensure ongoing collaboration.

Requirements

  • A valid real estate license or willingness to become licensed.
  • Experience in business development, sales, real estate, or strategic partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with industry professionals.
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM tools, outreach platforms, and follow-up strategies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
