What You Will Do :
- Manage and coach 4 direct reports and 36 indirect reports.
- Drive Quality Practices and Standards across the Organization
- Champion the culture of quality delivery through requirements-based testing
- Lead, Manage and Mentor large QA Team
- Drive growth and standards of Automated Testing Practices
- Track and report on all quality metrics at team, process and production operating levels
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes and activities
- Process-oriented mindset and high degree of familiarity with modern test technologies and tools
- Provides status updates and progress reports to the project team, senior leadership and the Strong organizational skills
