Role: Salesforce CRM Developer
Location: Irving TX (4 days weekly onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
This is a CRM application -Seeking an energetic and talented Salesforce Web Developer to join our development teams in delivering high-quality software. The developer will work closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure that new features are prioritized and implemented properly.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
Develop custom code using Apex, triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning components and Lightning web components.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and migration through effective data management.
Write unit tests, perform debugging, and maintain code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
Document solutions, configurations, and integrations for reference.
Optimize performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations with external systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
