Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in algebra I & II and geometry.
- Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavioral expectations.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Valid NJ teaching certification in Mathematics (#1900).
- Previous teaching experience in a middle or high school setting is preferred.

Salary minimum and maximum above are prorated for the leave replacement duration of 12 weeks (March 9, 2026, through June 8, 2026.
