What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Develop and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies that align with our company goals and culture.
• Inspire a Team: Manage and mentor a dedicated recruitment team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Shape the Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and inspired throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs and craft roles that attract the best fit.
• Drive Innovation: Utilize the latest tools, technology, and data to continuously improve our recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment with at least 5 years of experience and a track record of hiring top talent in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and best practices.
• Passion for creating a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring workplace.
