Job Summary
The Account Manager will is the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and the delivery of impactful campaigns. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving business growth. The ideal AM is detail-oriented, task-driven, and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist in managing client expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
- Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up with action items.
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Support the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, web, etc.) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Set up and track the progress of projects in Project Management system.
- Quality Control- perform final inspection before deliverables are handed over to client.
Campaign & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reports for client reviews.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
- Preparing client presentations, performance summaries and reports.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain accurate client records, project details, and communication logs.
- Assist in managing budgets, invoicing, and project expenses.
- Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internally and with clients.
Market Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and client market positioning.
- Support the development of strategic marketing recommendations.
- Stay up to date on marketing best practices and emerging digital trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of marketing and advertising experience demonstrating a proven record of successful projects, preference given to working in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, etc.
- Experience with various marketing departments—SEO, PPC, Traditional Media, Design, Copywriting, etc.; strong digital marketing knowledge is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management platforms
- Expertise in creating precise timelines, managing tasks efficiently, and coordinating project reviews/check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
