Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 5:00pm-3:30am

Scope and Purpose of Position
This position is responsible for managing the inbound Member Advocate associates, providing leadership, coaching, communication and implementation of process changes. The Manager of Member Advocate will also handle escalated member calls, escalation of process issues to Senior Leaders, provide suggestions for continuous process improvement, and facilitation of training and development of team members.

Basic understanding of diagnostic troubleshooting, installing and repairing 5 Axis CNC, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic equipment as well as automated conveyor systems. Work closely with management to schedule Preventive Maintenance to optimize minimal equipment down time by entering and retrieving data from the CMMS system. Address reactive maintenance needs in the shortest time possible.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist / monitor equipment process parameters to perform predictive / preventive maintenance and enter data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Monitor inventory of spare parts, special need items and tools and ensure they are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Operate computers and maintenance diagnostics equipment including analog and digital multi-meters, pyrometers, photo-tachometer, etc.
  • Diagnose failures, determine parts and material requirements, and perform repairs as required to resume Operation on production equipment.
  • Communicate and escalate equipment issues and or problems with peers and principles.
  • Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility
  • As required by changing business needs, complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), prescribed safety and hazardous materials handling procedures, and Federal/State laws regulating hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, wire diagrams and schematics.
  • Experience operating facility equipment to fabricate, cut, and repair machine parts.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
  • Basic understanding of electronic control panels, fiber optic censoring systems, drive motors, cooling fluid transfer pumps etc.
  • Basic knowledge with precision alignment and measuring equipment.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with a record of continuously increased responsibility.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and/or memos is required, as is the capacity to write similar correspondence relaying opportunities or findings.
  • Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Responsible for adhering to all applicable OSHA required safety requirements including Lock Out, Tag Out procedures.
