What are the responsibilities and job description for the PACAF Workflow Administrative Specialist position at Versar, Inc.?
VGS is currently looking for a PACAP Workflow Administrative Specialist for Joint Base Pearl harbor, Hickam AFB, Hawaii.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary lead for managing both NIPR and SIPR tasks in TMT/ETMS2 or the latest task tracking system network and database.
- Provide administrative support by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages, validating completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g., was the question answered and was it in the right format), conveying tasks to PACAF organizations, and processing tasks to PACAF and external offices.
- Drive coordination and collaboration between Action Officers and across Divisions.
- Assist in coordination with partner workflows and communication with SAF, HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, S4O, and MAJCOM workflows, such as to request extensions to TMT/ETMS2 tasks.
- Provide assistance on the development of EMRS to external organizations to obtain coordination when offices do not have TMT/ETMS2 access and assists with the PACAF workflow email box, receiving, distributing and returning responses to tasks as required.
- Assist with the development and management of SharePoint sites as requested by the client.
- Support with any ad hoc tasks requested by the client – including, but not limited to: collecting read aheads, scheduling meetings, calendar management, room reservations, and visit requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year administrative experience.
- Must have experience using Task Management Tool (TMT) / ETMS2.
- DoD Secret clearance is required.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
