Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
- Manage the store's budget, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is preferred.
