JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Information Technology team as an IT Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations and support within our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Manages inventory, user accounts, and licenses
- Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network problems
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports as required by the IT team
- Researches and evaluates hardware, software, technology services and web applications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
