Community Integration Coordinator (PRP) - CPRP
Vesta, Inc. is a not for profit, financially sound, mental health company which is expanding throughout the Maryland area. Vesta, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to include clinic, day program, and residential homes for those suffering from mental health disorders.
Currently we are seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for our Odenton Region. This position would oversee all aspects of daily operations to include planning, growth, and program development for the PRP/Day Program.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position which is typical during day hours, however, flexibility and availability during evenings and weekends is expected.
The position is responsible for developing program curriculum, supervising staff, providing oversight of service delivery and billing, ensuring compliance with various local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, conducting and attending meetings related to the program, organization, or individual consumer needs, assisting in the development and implementation of new programs and services that address the needs of our consumers, monitoring financial receipts and expenditures, and cultivating an environment where staff members respect and adhere to company standards of integrity, ethics, and cultural awareness. Qualifications: * CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LCPC/LCSW) * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. * 2 years of management experience * 5 years of mental health experience
Salary starts at $56,180 for Bachelors level and can increase based upon additional supervisory experience or higher education.
