Young Joni is the critically-acclaimed restaurant from the people that brought you Pizzeria Lola and Hello Pizza. We are looking for talented Line Cooks to join our team. Young Joni has a large, vibrant dining room as well as a cozy back bar featuring custom cocktails. The menu focuses on artisan pizzas and shareable plates, all cooked by wood-fired ovens and a wood-burning grill.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen preferred
- A strong desire to learn and grow required
- Excellent knife skills
- Experience cooking on a wood-fired grill station or wood-fired pizza oven a plus
- An energetic team player
- People that are collaborative, patient, flexible, and open to new possibilities
- Night and weekend availability required
