The rapid growth of Finance Studio since its 2023 launch, Vested’s creative and digital platform for middle-market financial brands, has proven a gap in the market for the types of services these companies demand. To compete with larger brands and outflank smaller, more nimble competitors, middle-market financial companies are looking for turn-key fractional marketing solutions without sacrificing subject matter expertise, quality or speed-to-market. Finance Studio bridges that gap and provides flexible, creative solutions informed by deep industry acumen, with a digital platform to expedite service delivery and results.
Position Summary:
The Client Success Manager, Digital Marketing will support client relations and business development efforts and at Finance Studio. This role requires strong interpersonal and listening skills, strategic thinking, and managing multiple tasks across different teams and projects. The individual must be a high-performing, independent thinker who collaborates with the agency’s leadership team to build and evolve the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support new business leads, foster client relationships, and be an integral part of helping Finance Studio achieve its mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement and growth.

Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams responsible for executing integrated communications strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and Finance Studio’s objectives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

New Business Development: Assist leadership field incoming business leads, develop proposals and win new business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience working in integrated digital marketing and communications space

5-7 years of experience proven success in managing client relationships

3 years working in the Financial Services industry

Strong business acumen with an understanding of how communications impact business development.

Ability to draft and present persuasive proposals and reports.

Experience in fielding and managing new business leads through various pipeline stages.

Strong people skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
