ABOUT THE POSITION:
The successful candidate will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Assist Food Service Director in the general operation of the Food Service Department
- Direct supervision of dietary aides to ensure that kitchen operations are running smoothly
- Oversees the sanitation of the kitchen and ancillary areas
- Prepare beverages and receive food from preparation areas based on individual resident and tables/ carts for service needs
- Inputs and maintains resident dietary records in the tray tag system
- Organize incoming stock and replenish inventory in the kitchen area
- Other job duties of assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older; High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Must be able to work in close cooperation with others as well as independently
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
- FULL-TIME
SHIFT:
- 11:30am- 7:30pm
