- Collaborate with hiring managers to define healthcare recruitment needs
- Manage candidate communications from application to onboarding
- Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Organize hiring events and job fairs to attract top healthcare talent
- Support diverse recruitment initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition
- Experience: In-house recruiting preferred; full-cycle recruitment experience essential
- Tools & Knowledge: Proficient communication, computer skills; willingness to follow up
