Animal and Bird Medical Center is looking to add a full-time Receptionist to our front desk team.

We are looking for an applicant with good communication, attention to detail, a fast learner, and customer service skills. Experience in this field is a plus, but we are willing to do on-the-job training for motivated applicants.
Our receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Daily Responsibilities Include
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. However, rotating shifts every other Saturday will be required. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position. We often cross-train our team members so this position also includes the opportunity to assist the technicians and doctors as a technician assistant. Experience in this field is a plus, but we are always willing to do on the job training for motivated applicants.

- Managing multiple phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients & patients
- Processing payments
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients
