Consumer Sales Representative

Join our team as a Consumer Sales Representative and make a positive impact on the lives of veterans and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential clients seeking information about our home care and related services. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new leads and qualifying potential clients.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping veterans and their families
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote); minimum 40% in-office
