Key Qualifications:
- Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. One year prior experience in the field of nursing management and supervision preferred.
Responsibilities:
- To provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
Salary : $59,200 - $75,000
