VETERINARY ASSOCIATES OF CAPE COD is hiring two full time Client Service Representatives. The ideal fit is professional, compassionate and enthusiastic with attention to detail and a desire to succeed in a fast paced environment with room for growth. Preference is given to candidates with prior veterinary experience.

The largest privately-owned veterinary hospital on Cape Cod, our passion is to provide state-of-the-art veterinary medicine through state-of-the-heart compassionate pet health care.

Our progressive approach to practice offers team members a challenging and fast-paced yet rewarding work environment with opportunity for advancement.

Full-time CSRs at Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod work a 4-day work week, with a one-hour lunch break daily. While individual responsibilities are assigned daily, we work as a team and love building relationships with our clients and patients.

Compensation Package

Full-time employees receive a competitive salary with paid vacation, health, dental, 401k, pet benefits, paid time off, uniforms and an employee incentive program.

The ideal candidate would have previous veterinary experience, veterinary client service representative experience, customer service, hospitality, veterinary hospital, administrative, administrative assistant, animal care, vet office front desk, vet receptionist or CSR, hospitality, or reception experience.
