Veterinary Medical Center is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist in Williamsburg, IA. A qualified candidate needs to have excellent customer skills, ability to multi-task under pressure and a great attitude. Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client communications, data entry, answering multiple line phones, updating medical charts, filing, scheduling, client education, organizing reception area, and handling client payments. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Experience in the veterinary field is highly preferred.
