We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, voicemail and emails.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, creating client charts, sending faxes.
  • Process payments for products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.

  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with front desk operations in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
