We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care utilizing a holistic approach with personalized attention to each person's physical, social, cultural and spiritual needs. Primary Responsibilities :

  • Use nursing skills and experience in the Unit Manager role to perform professional assessments and coordination of care needed for the residents.
  • Will provide supervision, direction and education to the nursing staff while overseeing the entire operation of their assigned station to ensure quality care.
  • Available for flexible hours as needed, holiday, or weekend.
  • Will be included in the on-call rotation schedule.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1-3 years of nursing experience, skilled nursing, long-term care or post-acute care preferred with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must possess leadership skills, can make sound decisions, and work under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance for long-term care.
  • Experience in geriatric setting preferred.
  • Experience with PointClickCare preferred.

    • This position also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.

    Salary : $200
