Job Opportunity: Traveling Nurse for Correctional Facility
Nursing Care Coordination
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to adult-geriatric patients in a correctional facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating total nursing care, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership to ancillary nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing care for patients with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a correctional setting
- Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities
- Current Virginia state license and BLS certification required
Scheduling:
This is a temporary position with a contract length of 13 weeks. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. We offer competitive compensation and a range of benefits including travel and housing provided, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
Salary : $61,970 - $81,410
