Vital HealthCare Solutions partners with Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities throughout Pennsylvania and New York. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality behavior healthcare. We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our rapidly expanding Psychology Department! The Licensed Clinical Psychologist follows a model of collaboration and partnership with our Psychiatry team and the medical and social work staff at Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Treatment begins with a comprehensive Psychological Evaluation and Diagnostic Assessment to address individualized concerns and identify appropriate interventions for emotional and behavioral health needs. Psychotherapy and counseling services are conducted to target treatment goals using evidenced based best practices. Neurocognitive Assessments can be incorporated to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning. Our patient population within the facilities served is diverse in their mental health needs, providing challenging opportunities for clinicians eager to expand their practice and expertise.
