Responsibilities
- Meets with customers in their homes or places of business, providing a personalized and exceptional service experience.
- Engage with customers to identify service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide estimates when required.
- Exceed performance metrics to qualify for performance incentives.
- Expertly diagnose and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves (gas/electric), microwave ovens, and dishwashers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest connected technology trends in the home appliance industry and apply this knowledge to your work.
- Complete all required training courses to ensure technician competency and actively seek to remain an expert in the repair industry.
- Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to customer locations.
- Utilize handheld devices to update work orders digitally, contributing to a paperless work environment.
- Consistently deliver a superior 5-star customer experience.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Experienced with refrigeration sealed system repair
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in English (bilingual skills are advantageous).
- Ability to lift or maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields is preferred.
