Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant/ administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting functions for the company. This position reports to the General Manager and will work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and assist in other administrative functions.
Duties:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and payments.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Assist with the preparation of monthly book closing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
General office work assigned by the management
Qualifications:
AA degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred).
Experience in accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Book software.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Working hour: Mon-Fri (8AM – 5PM)
