Vibrissa Beer is a nationally award-winning full production brewery and kitchen with two locations – a full-service brewpub and taproom in Historic Front Royal and a fast casual brewpub and taproom in Old Town Winchester, Virginia. Our Winchester location will be opening in August 2022.
Position: Front of House Manager (position covers both locations)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities:

*Manage a team of front-of-house staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management. Staff includes Shift Supervisors, Lead Bartenders, Bartenders, Servers, Hosts and Food Runners. *Work with our Shift Supervisors to ensure that opening and closing duties are completed correctly *Responsible for the correct operation of the POS systems Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items *Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to staff members *Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area *Assist with catering relations and event management *Handle guest relations and complaints according to provided guidelines *Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to provide a seamless experience *Position reports directly to the President and is an important member of our management team
Requirements:

*2 years restaurant and/or management experience *Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills *Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail *Knowledge of Microsoft applications including word and excel *Ability to manage a POS system *Weekend and evening availability *Servsafe Manager and Alcohol Manager training preferred or attained immediately after hire
