Location: 2090 Oxford Glen Drive #1, Franklin, TN 37067 McKay's Mill Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Client Service Rep to join our team! About Us We are a fun, progressive, AAHA-accredited multi-doctor practice in Franklin, TN. We provide a variety of services including Primary Care, Surgery, Dentistry, and more. Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm, closed on Sunday. Check out our website here: https://vcahospitals.com/mckays-mill About the Role As the face of VCA, our CSRs set the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms Scheduling and confirming appointments Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control) Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence Compensation starts at $15/hour.
