The Marketing Specialist – PHA is the primary market contact responsible for spearheading the strategic development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing communication programs targeting the global commercial construction industry in alignment with the sales growth strategy.
The right candidate has experience working with senior sales stakeholders, agencies, in-house teams and cross-functional groups and has a natural ability to collaborate.
This role includes managing campaigns and developing creative strategy, positioning, and key creative materials while also spearheading campaign management and execution across all platforms. This creative marketer will work with internal and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with direct experience managing product commercialization, event coordination, sales enablement tools, and developing both technical and commercial content for the B2B market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans
- Responsible for driving alignment with the commercial sales leaders
- Interface with local and global sales, corporate and satellite marketing departments and business teams to conceptualize, manage and implement integrated communications plans required for cohesive marketing of solutions and products
- Leverage market insights and voice-of-customer to create clear and value-oriented content that will break-through the channel noise
- Ensure timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met
- Plan, execute and provide onsite support for HVAC market tradeshows and events
- Bridge internal and external resources to strategically lead and develop tactical plans and drive them to completion. Tactical areas include but are not limited to collateral (technical, marketing, training), digital (social, website, video, email, SEO), public relations, conferences and events and advertising
- Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication.
- Identify areas for improvement within the marketing department processes to support the company’s overall objectives
Qualifications
- College degree in marketing and/or communications desired
- 7 years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience desired, but not required. Provide specific campaign examples.
- Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Robust collaboration and leadership skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, and current Internet technologies. Photoshop skills desired.
- Ability to clearly present complex information
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors, customers and salesforce
- Ability to travel as needed -15% travel
- Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross-department professionals
