What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Staff position at Victor & Associates?
Responsibilities:
- Work with special needs adults in a day program/residential setting
- Direct Support Staff provide assistance with living skills, development skills, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral development.
- Engage Clients with meaningful activities
- Assist Clients with pursuing and achieving daily goals
- Adhere to Clients' plan-of-care
- Address any behavioral needs
- Observe client behaviors, record conditions and lead them in therapeutic activities
- Must be prompt with reliable transportation and valid NC driver's license

Training is provided. Experience is preferred.
