TRAVEL ASSISTANT - RIVER CRUISE LINE

Victoria Cruise Lines is seeking a Travel Marketing and Sales Assistant to work with our Director of Sales and Director of Public Relations and Customer Service.  Role Description·         Help prepare contracts for tour operator clients·         Coordinate cabin space allocations·         Brochure design and production·         Assist with document preparation for cruise director visas·         Write of sales pieces·         Assist as needed with trade shows·         5 days per week in office for the first six months, then hybrid office/remote Qualifications·         College degree (Associate's or above)·         Graphic design and computer skills·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills·         Detail-oriented·         Hospitality experience helpful Company DescriptionVictoria Cruise Lines is an established New York-based cruise company operating a fleet of five high-end vessels on China's majestic Yangtze River.
