What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Technician position at Victoria Hills Golf Club?
Seeking an individual with proven experience and knowledge as a spray technician for a golf course in Deland. Must possess an updated and certified chemical spray license. Individual must have the ability to accurately identify, handle, and mix various types of chemicals in a spray rig for golf course application.
In addition, the individual would be expected to perform other golf course maintenance functions, as needed, that includes the ability to operate commercial size mowing equipment.
Additional duties include but are not limited to mowing and/or spraying all areas of the golf course. In addition, daily work to include any other duties as assigned by the superintendent. Previous experience with golf course spray equipment is required. Individual must be able to complete daily job duties as assigned and frequently performing activities such as bending, kneeling, standing, reaching, walking, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. The individual must have attention to detail and be able to work as a team player.'
