Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Casino Runner to join our gaming team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the casino floor during nighttime hours and providing exceptional guest services. This role requires excellent customer service abilities, reliability and honesty.
Responsibilities
- Oversee casino floor activities during night shifts, ensuring all operations run efficiently and smoothly
- Assist guests with inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly and professionally
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Enforce casino policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
Skills
- Management experience with a background in supervising teams within a casino or similar setting
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage conflicts effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Proficient in cash handling, basic math, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and guest services standards
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
